ON Semiconductor NCV8406 65V 7.0A Low Side Driver is a three-terminal, self-protected smart discrete device, designed to switch a variety of resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads. The NCV8406 Low Side Driver features integrated Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protection and Drain-to-Gate clamping for overvoltage protection. Additional protection features include short circuit protection and thermal shutdown with automatic restart.
